Eligibility Criteria SBI PO Recruitment 2022
Age Limit: The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 30 years of age as on 01/04/2022.
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable :
(i) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. upto 35 years.
(ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. up to 33 years
(iii) For Persons with benchmark disability (PWBD) by 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and General Category of candidate.
Salary Details SBI PO Recruitment 2022
At present, the starting basic pay is 41,960/- (with 4 advance increments) in the pay scale of 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910- 1990/7-63840.
The officers will also be eligible for DA, HRA/Lease Rental, CCA, Medical and other allowances and perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.

SBI PO 2022 Selection Process
The Probationary Officers will be selected through a three tier process:
(i) Preliminary examination
(ii) main exam
(iii) Interview / Group Exercise
Phase – I : Preliminary Examination
The Preliminary Examination consisting of an Objective Test for 100 marks will be conducted online.
The exam will have 3 sections (with different timings for each section) as follows:
English Language : 30 Questions – 20 Min
Quantitative Aptitude : 35 Questions – 20 Min
Reasoning Ability : 35 Questions – 20 Min
Total : 100 Questions – 1 Hours
Phase – II : Mains Examination
The main examination will be conducted online and will consist of an objective test for 200 marks and a descriptive test for 50 marks.
The descriptive test will be conducted immediately after the end of the objective test and candidates will be required to type their descriptive test answers on the computer.

Descriptive Test
The duration of the descriptive test is 30 minutes.
It will be a test of English Language (Letter Writing and Essay) with two questions for a total of 50 marks.
Phase – III
The third stage may consist of Group Exercise (20 Marks) and Interview (30 Marks) Total: 50 Marks.
